The employment rate is very much the opposite of the unemployment rate with a massive drop at the beginning when the unemployment rate is peaking and then the employment rate stabilises at the top, when the unemployment rate, for the most part, stabilises at the bottom. Then around 2014 in the employment rate graph, it drops a bit, when the unemployment rate went up a bit.

in Argentina their minimum wage is only 15625 Argentine Pesos that translates to $330 AUD. Australia’s minimum wage is $740 AUD. Argentina should raise their minimum wage, not as high as Australia’s, but at least up to 25,000Pesos ($528 AUD)
